Terms of Use

Last updated: 30 September 2026

This English translation is provided for convenience. In the event of any conflict, the Thai version shall prevail and be legally binding. Read the binding Thai version

These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you (the “User”) and Varanchai Yingkhamnueng (วรัญชัย ยิ่งคำนึง) (the “Provider”, “I” or “we”) governing access to and use of Boom Leverage Terminal and its related tools and services (together, the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in full. If you do not accept them, please stop using the Service.

1. Acceptance and eligibility

By registering, signing in or using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, the Refund Policy and the Disclaimer and Risk Warning, each of which forms part of these Terms.

You confirm that you are at least 20 years of age, or otherwise have the legal capacity to enter into a contract, and that the information you provide is accurate and current.

2. Your account

  • You are responsible for keeping your account and sign-in credentials secure, and for all activity that occurs under your account.
  • An account is for personal use by one named individual and is non-transferable — it may not be shared, rented out, or used jointly across a team or organisation.
  • The Provider may suspend or terminate any account that breaches these Terms, or that behaves in a way likely to damage the Service or other users, without prior notice.

3. Nature of the Service, and scope of use

Boom Leverage Terminal is a search and analysis tool for the qualitative (unstructured) disclosures of listed companies — such as management discussion and analysis (MD&A) and the contents of Form 56-1 — processed from publicly disclosed documents.

  • You are granted a personal, single-account, non-transferable right of use, for your own research and due diligence.
  • You may not extract data in bulk by automated means (scraping or bulk extraction), reverse-engineer the Service, or use it to build a dataset or product that competes with it.
  • You may not republish, resell, embed in another product or service, or otherwise commercially exploit the analysis or data obtained from the Service without prior written permission — for team, organisational or commercial licensing, please contact contact@boomleverage.com.
  • The Provider may improve, add to, reduce or discontinue any feature at any time, whether to develop the Service or to meet a legal requirement.

4. Not investment advice (important)

The Service is an information and verification tool for research purposes only. Search results, summaries, figures and everything else the Service displays do not constitute advice, a solicitation, or an offer to buy, sell or hold any security or financial product, and are not investment research or financial, legal, accounting or tax advice.

  • The Provider does not act as an investment adviser, securities broker, fund manager or adviser to you, and owes you no fiduciary duty.
  • Any investment or transaction decision is at your discretion and your sole responsibility. You should carry out your own research and consult a licensed professional before deciding.
  • Investment carries risk. You may lose part or all of your capital. Past performance is not a guide to future results.

5. Sources and accuracy

The data in the Service is processed from public documents (such as Form 56-1 and other disclosures made by listed companies) using automated methods, including OCR and language models, which may introduce inaccuracy, delay, omission or incomplete interpretation.

The Provider does not warrant the accuracy, completeness or timeliness of the data. Every result carries a link or citation back to its source, and it is your responsibility to verify against the original filing before relying on it.

6. Payment and subscription

  • Parts of the Service are offered by subscription. Prices and package details are shown on the pricing page and are denominated in Thai baht.
  • Payment is processed by Stripe, an internationally certified payment provider — the Provider does not store your card number. An auto-renewing subscription is charged each billing cycle until you cancel.
  • Access is granted once payment is confirmed. You may upgrade or cancel as described on the subscription management page; refunds are governed by the Refund Policy.
  • The Provider may change prices, packages or promotions (including free-trial periods) from time to time, with any change taking effect from the next billing cycle.
  • Renewal notice:the Provider emails the account’s address about 7 days before each billing cycle is charged, stating the package, the amount and the charge date. The notice is a courtesy — if the email does not reach you (for example, it is filtered as spam), the renewal still takes effect on the billing cycle. You can check the renewal date and cancel at any time on the subscription management page.
  • Boom Field Lab codes: a code for one month of the GAMMA package, issued with a workshop purchase on lab.boomleverage.com, may be used once, within 90 days of issue, on the GAMMA monthly package only, and only by an account with no paid package. Redeeming it requires a card; nothing is charged for the first cycle, and from the next cycle the package renews automatically at its regular price until you cancel. A code has no cash value, may not be transferred or resold, and is not reissued once expired or used.

7. Intellectual property

The software, interface, layout, the analysis the Service produces and all design are the intellectual property of the Provider or its licensors. Source passages from Form 56-1 / MD&A documents are public filings belonging to the companies that issued them. You acquire no intellectual property rights beyond the personal right of use granted by these Terms.

8. Prohibited use

  • You may not use the Service for any unlawful purpose, to infringe the rights of others, or in breach of any regulator’s rules.
  • You may not attempt unauthorised access, interfere with or damage the Service, or circumvent usage limits or quotas.
  • You may not copy or extract data in bulk by automated means, reverse-engineer the Service, or use its data to train a model that competes with it.

9. “As is” warranty disclaimer

The Service and all data are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including any warranty of fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, accuracy, or uninterrupted and error-free operation, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Provider shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages, including investment losses, lost profits, lost data or lost business opportunity, arising out of or in connection with the use of, or inability to use, the Service — even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

In all cases, the Provider’s total aggregate liability to you, on any basis whatsoever, shall not exceed the fees you actually paid for the Service in the 3 months preceding the event giving rise to the liability (or THB 0 if you use the Service free of charge).

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold the Provider harmless from any claim, damage or cost (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service in breach of these Terms or of applicable law.

12. Personal data

The collection, use and disclosure of your personal data is governed by the Privacy Policy, which follows Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).

13. Changes to these Terms

The Provider may revise these Terms from time to time, updating the date shown above. Where a change is material, you may be asked to accept the new version when you next sign in. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the current version.

14. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Thailand, and the Thai courts have jurisdiction over any dispute.
